Beetroot sheets â 10 pcs.
These sheets of dehydrated beetroot offer a new way to work with vegetables in the kitchen. They are soft, flexible, and easy to handle, but can also be cooked until crisp to create variation in texture. Each sheet measures approx. 23 x 18 x 0.1 cm and retains the beetrootâs natural colour and lightly sweet flavour.
Use
- Snacks â enjoy as they are or quickly fry for crispness
- Sushi â ready to use; moisten the sheet for better adhesion
- Vegetable pasta â run through a pasta machine for noodles/spaghetti, optionally a brief fry at 170 °C
- Deep-frying â cut into shape, deep-fry at 170 °C; fold while warm, hardens as it cools
- Ravioli â place filling between two sheets, seal with a little water and steam for 90 seconds at 90 °C
- Baking â bake until crisp at 160 °C for approx. 10 min; can be shaped and filled after baking
Storage
Store at room temperature. After opening, the sheets must remain in the tightly sealed bag to ensure quality until the expiry date.

Delivery of chilled goods:
All chilled goods are shipped securely in insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs, so your package stays cold during transport. We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
