PRUNIER

In 1920, PRUNIER was known as the largest caviar house outside Russia.

When Emile PRUNIER discovered in 1920 that sturgeon lived in the rivers of the French Gironde, he initiated the first caviar production in France. The caviar harvester, or “Ikranicht” as it is known in Russian, needed only to bring a wooden sieve to extract the caviar from the roe sack.

Alain Abel’s Bora Bora vanilla is truly exceptional

The Bora Bora vanilla orchid produces seed pods of around 30 cm, which are left on the plant until fully mature. This differs from most of the world’s vanilla production, where unripe pods are harvested and then boiled or steamed to accelerate the fermentation process.

Iberico bellota hams of the highest quality

In 1868, Vicente Gómez founded Jamones Joselito in Guijuelo (Salamanca), the most renowned area for the production of Iberico ham.

Today, the company is run by the 6th generation after Vicente Gómez.

All products are of Ibérico bellota quality and represent some of the finest acorn-fed Iberian ham available on the market.
