Duck foie gras terrine, with a unique recipe containing, among other things, paprika, cognac, piment d’Espelette.

The terrine is ready to serve.
This foie gras is IGP controlled and produced in southwestern France.
The terrine is prepared “mi cuit”, which means it is cooked in the packaging in which it is sold.
Mi cuit can be compared to sous-vide.
SERVING
Let the jar of foie gras stand at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes before serving. If it is too cold, it loses much of its creaminess and aroma.
Slice it at the last moment using a very thin, non-serrated knife that has been rinsed under hot water. Dip the knife blade in hot water and wipe it off between each slice.

Foie gras is usually served in slices about 1 cm thick, placed on toast or a cold plate. Do not spread the foie gras—simply place it on top of a slice of bread. In terms of quantity, we recommend about 50 to 70 g per person as a starter and 100 to 130 g as a main course.

Delivery of chilled goods:

All chilled goods are shipped securely in insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs, so your package stays cold during transport. We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.

Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:

All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.

If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
