Beer vinegar made on an IPA (Indian Pale Ale) base with a hop mixture and MINUS8 icewine grape juice.
The vinegar is not aged, as it is intended to be used fresh, like beer. Therefore it is only made in small batches to maintain freshness.
On the nose there is great complexity; the first impression is wild honey, malt, cinnamon, spruce and orange marmalade.
The flavor has just as much complexity with notes of overripe pineapple, raisins, caramel, figs and orange peel.
Use
This vinegar is especially good together with lamb, but it also works really well with fried shrimp or with cod in orly batter.
Also use a dash of it in cocktails, preferably where the main ingredient is beer or vodka.

Delivery of chilled goods:

We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
