Aromatic Thai Bouillon is an aromatic bouillon based on chicken stock and classic Thai ingredients. The flavor is balanced between acidity, heat, and umami with notes of lemongrass, lime leaves, ginger, and chili.
The bouillon is developed as a ready-to-use base that delivers clear flavor without the need for long simmering. It works both as a standalone soup and as a foundation for further cooking. It is versatile and can be enjoyed as is or supplemented with, for example, pak choi, bean sprouts, and fresh herbs.

Use:
Serve as soup or use as a base for Thai noodle soups and green or red curry. Can be supplemented with pak choi, bean sprouts, and fresh herbs.
Ingredients:
Chicken stock (spring water, chicken bones (32%), garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), lemongrass, ginger, tamarind, spring onion, lime juice, garlic, red chili, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, sugar, fish sauce (water, anchovy (FISH), salt, sugar).
Preparation:
Saucepan (6–8 min):
Empty the contents into a saucepan. Heat over moderate heat for approx. 6–8 minutes, stirring. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.
Microwave (6–7 min):
Pour the contents into a microwave-safe container and cover loosely. Cook on high power for 6–7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.
CAUTION!
Be careful when handling hot liquids from the microwave.
Storage:
Chilled: Store at max. 5 °C. Use within 3 days
Frozen: At -18 °C for up to 12 months. Use within 3 days after thawing

Delivery of chilled goods:
All chilled goods are shipped securely in insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs, so your package stays cold during transport. We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
