Terms and Conditions for Webshop Orders at GOURMET ENGROS

Payment
GOURMET ENGROS accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort and Mastercard. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in Danish kroner.

GOURMET ENGROS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Delivery

GOURMET ENGROS delivers Tuesday to Friday with GLS.

Orders are dispatched on the first business day after ordering and are typically delivered to the selected parcel shop within 1โ€“2 business days.

The package MUST be collected from the parcel shop no later than 12 hours after arrival. Products purchased on the GOURMET ENGROS webshop are often refrigerated goods, and their shelf life in the cooling box can only be guaranteed within this timeframe. If the package is collected later than 12 hours, the right to claim will lapse.

GOURMET ENGROS only delivers within Denmark, excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

Right of Withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for food products.

For non-food items, there is a 14-day full return policy on non-food items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the time of withdrawal, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after.

Notification must be given by email to info@gourmetengros.com. In the message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing receipt without simultaneously having agreed this with us.

Right to Complain
A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing, and only for non-food items.

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by the buyer.

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt. As this concerns food products, any errors, defects, or damage must be reported no later than 24 hours after delivery. Complaints received after this time cannot be processed.

Returns
PLEASE NOTE: All costs associated with returning the item are borne by the buyer. Packages sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Before returning, you must contact info@gourmetengros.com. Only once GOURMET ENGROS and you have agreed on the return may the goods be sent to (returns do not apply to food products):

Condition of the Item Upon Return
This section applies only to non-food items.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine whether the item is as desired, in the same way as if you inspected it in a physical store.

To avoid damage during return, it is important that the item is packed in the same โ€“ or nearly the same โ€“ way as it was received. We recommend taking photos during unpacking.

If the item has been handled beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in case of withdrawal you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

To receive a full refund, you may only do what is possible in a physical store. You may inspect the item but not put it into actual use.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please provide your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.

Reservations
We reserve the right for typographical errors, technical errors, and sold-out items.

Personal Data
GOURMET ENGROS, H.C. ร˜rstedsvej 10, Taulov, 7000 Fredericia, CVR 34099928, is responsible for the information you provide to GOURMET ENGROS.

We require the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, email address, transaction amount, and date. We register and disclose the personal data to GLS or another carrier as necessary to deliver the goods to you.

The personal data is registered with GOURMET ENGROS and stored for five years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which the data is deleted.

Your information is only accessible to employees of GOURMET ENGROS to the extent necessary to process your order and provide the required service.

To serve you as best as possible, we also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process our data and your information. These companies process the information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only cooperate with data processors in the EU who can provide adequate protection of your information.

The data controller at www.gourmetengros.com is GOURMET ENGROS. You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected.

You can contact us at info@gourmetengros.com if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.

You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter on our website. Upon subscription, we register your email address and the information you have provided in that connection. This information is only used by GOURMET ENGROS for sending newsletters. You can unsubscribe directly in the newsletter or on our website.

Delete Cookies
When you visit www.gourmetengros.com, information โ€“ so-called cookies โ€“ is stored about your visit. As a result, GOURMET ENGROS receives information about how many visitors we have and which pages are most visited.

Upon request, you have the right to gain insight into which personal data we have registered about you, and you may object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Danish Data Protection Act.
