This lovely gift box contains two beautiful Torshavn spoons, a caviar tin opener, as well as a cooling element, so you can easily keep the caviar cool until the gift is to be given.
Select the size of the tin of caviar that the insert in the box should fit.
CAVIAR MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.
Please note that the cooling element can keep the caviar cold for max. 12 hours. You will receive the cooling element thawed and must place it in your freezer yourself.
Only take the cooling element out of the freezer at the very last moment, so you are sure the caviar is kept cold.
NOTE – If you want Gold caviar 10g to fit in the box, you must choose the 30/50g insert
NOTE we only provide replacement for spoons that are broken during transport, and we must have received the claim no later than 6 hours after receiving the package.

Delivery of chilled goods:

We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
