This lovely gift box contains two beautiful sitka spoons, a caviar tin opener, and a cooling element, so you can easily keep the caviar cool until the gift is to be given.
Select the size of the caviar tin that the insert in the box should fit.
CAVIAR AND CHAMPAGNE MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.
Please note that the cooling element can keep the caviar cold for a maximum of 12 hours. You will receive the cooling element defrosted and must put it in your freezer yourself.
Only take the cooling element out of the freezer at the very last moment, so you are sure the caviar is kept cold.
NOTE – If you want Gold caviar 10g to fit in the box, you must choose insert 30/50g
NOTE we only provide replacement for spoons that are broken during transport, and we must have received the claim no later than 6 hours after receiving the package.
Cleaning of mother-of-pearl spoons made of mother-of-pearl and wood/metal:
It is very important that the wood/metal does NOT come into contact with water and that only the mother-of-pearl part comes into contact with water during cleaning.
It can be beneficial to have a small glass of water with dish soap in which you place the mother-of-pearl part so that impurities dissolve, then wipe with a cloth.

We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
