PALE PINK is a non-alcoholic alternative to rosé, created to deliver the same elegant balance between freshness and complexity—just without alcohol. It is the driest edition in the Sparkling Tea series, yet still rounded on the palate. The aroma is intense with red berries and apples up front, followed by a dry and nuanced flavor profile where the Oolong tea adds depth alongside notes of blackberry and hibiscus. A finish with lightly bitter fruit notes and a pink hue completes the experience.
One of the key components is Silver Needle, one of the world’s most renowned white teas. It is grown in Guangxi Province in southern China at around 1,000 meters altitude and is characterized by its pure, delicate character. When the tea is brewed correctly, it yields a clear infusion with an apricot color and a fragrance with floral nuances. The taste is smooth, soft, and lightly sweet without bitterness—a result of minimal processing and the hand-picked harvest of young top shoots covered with fine white down, which indicates high quality.
PALE PINK also contains Happy Valley Oolong, grown at Darjeeling’s second-oldest estate at 2,100 meters altitude. This organic tea combines Oolong’s distinctive profile with the classic muscatel notes from Darjeeling. The taste is both nutty and fruity, adding an extra dimension to the overall experience. Oolong is a unique category in itself, neither fully green nor fully black, but partially oxidized. This creates a tension between fresh, green tones and darker, malty nuances depending on the degree of oxidation.

Delivery of chilled goods:

We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
