Andros Chef IQF mango cubes are selected for their ripe flavour, bright colour and stable structure. The mango is cut into uniform cubes and individually frozen, ensuring high quality and functionality all year round regardless of season.
The individual freezing makes the mango cubes easy to portion directly from the freezer without clumping. The structure is preserved during thawing, so the cubes retain their shape and juiciness in both cold and lightly heated applications. This gives chefs a flexible fruit component that works in both sweet and savoury cuisine.
The flavour is full and naturally sweet with a distinct tropical character. The mango cubes can be used as a standalone element or incorporated into composed dishes where colour, freshness and fruitiness are desired. The product is supplied in 1 kg flexible bags, practical for daily use and storage.

Delivery of frozen fruit
Our frozen fruit cannot be shipped as true frozen goods. This is due to the fruit’s surface and structure, which cause it to thaw more quickly during transport.
All frozen fruit is therefore shipped in cooler boxes with ice packs to keep it cold throughout the shipment. Upon receipt, you should expect the fruit may be partially or completely thawed.
Important to know
- Order frozen fruit as close as possible to the date of use
- After thawing, the fruit has a shelf life of up to 5 days
Information about delivery of frozen fruit products
Frozen fruit products such as purées, juices and berries may be slightly thawed upon receipt. This is because the natural sugar component in the fruit thaws faster than the water-based component during transport.
The products are transported in insulated packaging, and the temperature does not exceed 5 °C. Therefore, the goods can be refrozen without any issues, as they are still kept at a food-safe temperature throughout transport.
Slight thawing of fruit-based products is therefore normal and does not affect the product’s quality or safety.

If you place your order before 12:00 noon, Monday–Thursday, we will dispatch your order the same day.
- You can expect a delivery time of 1–2 days.
- We do not dispatch orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

Delivery of chilled goods:
All chilled goods are shipped securely in insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs, so your package stays cold during transport. We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
