The cuvée consists of 60% from the 2018 harvest combined with 40% Solera Les Jardins du Mesnil, providing both the vintage’s character and continuity in the house style.
60% of the wine is vinified in 228-liter barrels for structure and depth, while 40% is vinified in stainless steel tanks on lees to preserve freshness and precision. Dosage is 3 g/L, supporting the wine’s linear and mineral profile.
