Andros Chef Dragon Fruit Purée is made from 100% red dragon fruit with pink skin and purple-colored flesh. This variety is known for its delicate flavor and intense color, which gives a distinctive expression in both drinks and desserts.
The fruits are processed fresh at Andros’ facility in Vietnam to ensure maximum quality and the preservation of both color and aroma. The result is a purée that combines subtle sweetness with a light freshness and a visually striking color.
The product is unsweetened and gives chefs full control over the desired flavor balance in their creations. This makes the purée versatile in use – from light desserts to drinks and cold servings.

Information about delivery of frozen fruit products
Frozen fruit products such as purées, juices and berries may be slightly thawed upon receipt. This is because the natural sugar part of the fruit thaws faster than the water-rich part during transport.
The products are transported in insulated packaging, and the temperature does not exceed 5 °C. Therefore, the goods can be refrozen without issues, as they are still kept at a food-safe temperature throughout transport.
Slight thawing of fruit-based products is therefore normal and does not affect the product’s quality or safety.

Andros Chef purées are made from 100% pure ingredients without emulsifiers or additives. Only sugar has been added to this variant.
As the product is natural and without stabilizers, the purée may separate when thawed into a watery part and a fruit part. This is normal and can easily be recombined with a blender or immersion blender.
The purées are not finished products, but pure base ingredients developed for professional use, where chefs and pastry chefs adjust taste and consistency as needed.

If you place your order before 12:00 noon, Monday–Thursday, we will dispatch your order the same day.

Delivery of chilled goods:
All chilled goods are shipped securely in insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs, so your package stays cold during transport. We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
