This vinegar is made with Japanese ginger and Marronnier honey, which comes from the nectar of the local beautiful horse chestnut trees.
Honey from these trees is especially known for its elegant sweet taste.
The vinegar is a drinking vinegar – which is very popular in Japan – but it can also be used for cooking, and would be ideal for example for shellfish and mollusks such as scallops, shrimp, lobster, etc. It could also easily be used for desserts, e.g. ice cream, and used instead of a syrup.
If you want to use it as a drinking vinegar, we recommend mixing it in a 1:5 ratio. You can mix it with either cold or hot water.

Delivery of chilled goods:

If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
