Vinegar made from barrel-fermented maple syrup from Quebec, aged in oak barrels for 4 months.

The aroma is elegant with notes of maple syrup, raw hazelnuts, yellow plums, and apple.
The taste is a fine combination of sweet and sour, with notes of caramel, lemon curd, and pickled fruits.
Use

Use it as an ingredient in your pancake batter. It also works really well in sauces for fish dishes with fatty fish, e.g. salmon.
Or how about making your own Shrub:
  • 470 g sweet cherries
  • 120 g vanilla
  • 120 g maple syrup
  • 120 ml Apple 8 vinegar
  • 1 tsp Maple 8 vinegar
  • Add cherries, vanilla, and maple syrup to a large jar and mash it into a pulp.
  • Stir in the two vinegars.
  • Cover and let it sit for 24–48 hours.
  • Strain the pulp and make sure to press it well so all the good liquid comes through.
  • Store it in the refrigerator in a bottle for about 1 month.
Serve over ice, with 1 part Shrub, 4 parts sparkling water, and 1 shot of whiskey.

Delivery of chilled goods:

All chilled goods are shipped securely in insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs, so your package stays cold during transport. We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.

Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:

All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.

If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
