The set combines classic maple syrup with barrel aging, where the syrup absorbs nuances from previously used barrels. The result is three different flavor profiles, each with its own use.
Variants:
Bourbon ā aged in bourbon barrels. Sweet and rounded with fine, integrated bourbon notes. Suitable for pancakes and brunch
Cognac ā aged in cognac barrels. Distinct cognac notes with aromatic depth. Suitable as a topping for vanilla ice cream
Whisky ā aged in whisky barrels. Light smoky character that balances the sweetness. Suitable for cocktails, e.g. an Old Fashioned
Each bottle contains 200 ml and is delivered together in a gift box.
ĆrabliĆØre Escuminac was founded in 1998 by Martin Malenfant. Production takes place in GaspĆ©sie, where an area of approx. 500 hectares forms the basis for harvesting maple sap. The area is located by Baie-des-Chaleurs and is known for stable climate conditions, which contribute to consistent quality.
The company works with organic production and has been certified since 2006. Today, sap is tapped from approx. 65,000 maple trees and 5,000 birch trees, with a focus on pure raw materials and traceability.

If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
