Beef Gravy is a robust and rich sauce based on reduced beef stock and an infusion of roasted beef bones. The flavour is deep and rounded with distinct umami and a light sweetness from redcurrant jelly.
The sauce has a smooth and concentrated texture with good body, making it suitable for classic meat dishes. It is developed to deliver maximum flavour without the need for further reduction.
The product is made without artificial colours and flavourings and without added salt, providing flexibility in the final seasoning.

Usage:
Suitable for beef, roasts, potatoes and classic dishes where a rich sauce is desired.
Ingredients:
Beef stock (82%) (water, beef bones, chicken bones, veal feet, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves), infusion of roasted beef bones (16%), corn starch, beef, redcurrant jelly (redcurrant juice, sugar, pectin, sodium citrate).
Preparation:
- Saucepan (4–5 min):
- Empty the contents into a saucepan. Heat over moderate heat for approx. 4–5 minutes, stirring. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.
- Microwave (3 min):
- Pour the contents into a microwave-safe container and cover loosely. Cook on high power for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure the sauce is piping hot. Serve immediately.
CAUTION!
Be careful when handling hot liquids from the microwave.
Storage:
Chilled: Store at max. 5 °C. Use within 3 days
Frozen: At -18 °C for up to 12 months. Use within 3 days after defrosting

Delivery of chilled goods:
All chilled goods are shipped securely in insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs, so your package stays cold during transport. We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
