Andros Chef pomegranate purée is made from 100% fruit with no added sugar. It is developed based on Andros’ experienced sourcing team, which ensures optimal quality and an organoleptic profile that highlights the fruit’s natural character.
The flavour profile is intense and fresh with a pronounced acidity and a fruit-rich depth, making it suitable for both classic and modern recipes. The unsweetened base gives chefs full control over the flavour balance and makes the purée flexible in use.
The texture is smooth and uniform, making it easy to incorporate into desserts, drinks and savoury dishes. The purée is supplied frozen in 1 kg tubs, practical for professional kitchens.

Information about delivery of frozen fruit products
Frozen fruit products such as purées, juices and berries may be slightly thawed upon receipt. This is because the natural sugar content in the fruit thaws faster than the water-based part during transport.
The products are transported in insulated packaging, and the temperature does not exceed 5 °C. Therefore, the goods can be refrozen without any issues, as they are still kept at a food-safe temperature throughout transport.
Slight thawing of fruit-based products is therefore normal and does not affect the product’s quality or safety.

Andros Chef purées are made from 100% pure raw ingredients without emulsifiers or additives. This variant has only added sugar.
As the product is natural and without stabilisers, the purée may separate upon thawing into a watery part and a fruit part. This is normal and is easily recombined with a blender or immersion blender.
The purées are not finished products, but pure base ingredients developed for professional use, where chefs and pastry chefs adjust flavour and consistency as needed.

If you place your order before 12:00 noon, Monday–Thursday, we will dispatch your order the same day.
- You can expect a delivery time of 1–2 days.

Delivery of chilled goods:
All chilled goods are shipped securely in insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs, so your package stays cold during transport. We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
