Salted coastal pepper – aromatic and crunchy pepper from Madagascar

Salted coastal pepper is grown along Madagascar’s coast and is known for its fresh, green, and lightly salty character. It is made from ripe green peppercorns which, after harvest, are placed in brine and then dried. This process creates a unique combination of crunch, aroma, and depth.
