LIGHT GREEN is the latest addition to the Sparkling Tea series and was created to expand the range of alcohol-free varieties. Where LIGHT PINK is dry and BLUE is floral, LIGHT GREEN offers a more classic, fresh, citrus-driven expression. It combines complex aromas of citrus, green tea, minerality and apple, and the taste is lively and elegant with distinct notes of lemongrass, Earl Green Sencha and orange peel. The finish is long with nuances of Darjeeling and green apples, while the colour appears clear with green reflections.

It is grown in Zhejiang Province at an altitude of 500–650 metres, where the leaves are hand-picked and processed manually the same day. A traditional hand-roasting preserves the tea’s green quality and develops its nuanced flavour profile.
The blend also includes Sencha, a classic green tea originating from the same province. Sencha is one of the most widespread teas in Japan and is valued for its delicate balance between freshness, gentle sweetness and mild acidity. The leaves are hand-picked in spring, when the quality is at its highest, creating a tea with a fresh, aromatic character and discreet astringency.
