Kinome leaves are the fresh leaves from the sansho tree. The leaves are dark green, smooth and waxy with a slightly serrated edge and typically measure 12–15 cm in length.
The flavor is intense and citrusy with notes of yuzu, grapefruit, and mint. Like sansho pepper, the leaves give a mild numbing and tingling sensation on the palate.

Delivery of chilled goods:

Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
