Dehydr8 from Minus8 is made from Riesling grapes, which are hand-harvested and air-dried over several months until they are dehydrated and raisined.
Afterwards, the grapes are pressed, and the juice is used to make wine using the Vin de Curé method, also known as Strohwein. The wine is inoculated with Minus8’s own Acetobacter aceti, also called the mother of vinegar, and the vinegar is then aged in French oak and subsequently for several years in bottle before release.
The aroma has notes of oloroso sherry, vanilla, rum, and caramel. The taste has notes of exotic fruits, oloroso sherry, prunes, and dried fruit.

All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
