Dehydr8 – Minus8 Vinegar – 200ml

Vinegar made from Riesling grapes.
Production begins with the grapes being hand-harvested, then air-dried over several months until they are so dehydrated that they have turned into raisins.
Now they must be pressed to get the small delicious drops out of each raisin.
When the juice is ready, wine is made from it, according to Vin de Curé (in Europe we know it as straw wine).
Then Minus8’s own Acetobacter aceti is added, or the modern term Mother of vinegar.
Finally, it is finished with aging in French oak and several years in the bottle before it is released.
The aroma brings to mind oloroso sherry, vanilla, rum, and caramel.
Complex flavor of exotic fruits, oloroso sherry, prunes, and dried fruits.
Use
This intense vinegar is especially good in combination with game, especially game birds. Use it in sauces or purées.

4.5 cl Vodka
12 cl Ginger beer
Build over ice
Garnish if desired with a bit of frozen finger lime

Delivery of chilled goods:

If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
