Gold Caviar – uncompromising quality from Kaluga Queen
Gold Caviar is known for its distinctive golden colour and large, firm eggs that burst with a delicate pop in the mouth. The flavour is mild, lightly salted and complex, making it particularly popular at some of the world’s best restaurants.
This exclusive caviar comes from a cross between Huso Dauricus and Acipenser Schrenkii, resulting in golden roe with strong visual and sensory appeal.
Produced under natural conditions
The production takes place at Lake Quindao in eastern China. Here, the sturgeon are raised in open water systems – out on the lake itself – and not in the closed recirculating systems often seen in modern aquaculture.
Kaluga Queen is behind the production and is one of the world’s largest caviar producers. We select only the finest batches from their production.
