#8 Navy Strength Organic Gin is an organic molecular gin with 58% alcohol. It has the same flavour profile as #8 Organic Gin, but in a more concentrated version.
The gin is developed with 8 molecular notes from 8 exotic plants, including makrut lime and yuzu. The high alcohol content makes the flavour more concentrated, so a smaller amount can be used in cocktails.
The aroma profile is fresh and citrus-driven with lime, lemon zest, juniper and watermelon. The taste is rounded off by a warm orange character.
