Criollo Cacao Single Note is an organic molecular spirit with 40% alcohol. The spirit is based on the flavour profile of Criollo-Trinitario cocoa, grown in the organic rainforest plantation Sambirano in northern Madagascar.
The aroma profile is characterised by cocoa and chocolate with notes of tobacco, vanilla and caramel. The spirit contains no sugar, providing a clean and distinct cocoa flavour.
