Dark Ume Plum Vinegar – 290ml

The ume plums in this vinegar are from the sought-after Kishu Minaba area in Wakayama. Compared to other areas, the plums are allowed to fully ripen and fall off the tree by themselves before they are harvested.
The plums are then aged in a vinegar made from black rice. The result is an incredibly well-balanced vinegar, where the balance between acidity, fruitiness, and sweetness is perfectly calibrated.
Use
It’s perfect in dressings, but can also be reduced and used for glazing.
It also works quite well in cocktails, or mix it in a 1:4 ratio with sparkling water.

All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
