Andros Chef IQF mixed berries are composed of carefully selected varieties that together provide a fresh, fruit-forward and balanced flavour profile. By freezing each berry individually (IQF), they retain their structure, colour and flavour – while also being easy to portion in professional kitchens.
This blend gives chefs a flexible ingredient that can be used widely in desserts, drinks and baked goods. The combination of different red berries makes it possible to add sweetness, acidity and depth to many types of recipes.
The product is supplied in a flexible 2.5 kg bag, making it suitable for larger productions and daily use in restaurants and bakeries.

Delivery of frozen berries
Our whole frozen berries cannot be shipped as frozen goods – not even when purchasing frozen shipping. This is due to the large surface area of the berries, which makes them thaw faster during transport.
All frozen berries are therefore shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep them cold the entire way. Upon receipt, however, you should expect that the berries may be partially or completely thawed.
Important to know:
- Always order your frozen berries as close as possible to the date they are to be used.
- After thawing, the berries have a shelf life of up to 5 days.
That way you ensure the best quality and use of the products.

Delivery of chilled goods:
All chilled goods are shipped securely in insulated boxes with plenty of ice packs, so your package stays cold during transport. We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
