Wildflower honey from Tasmania is a crystallised honey created from a natural blend of nectar from several flowering plants.
The honey originated during the harvest of Leatherwood honey on Tasmania’s west coast, where the bees had also collected nectar from Manuka and eucalyptus trees. This resulted in a honey with a different aroma, texture and flavour than classic Leatherwood.
Because the honey comes from a natural blend of flowers, flavour, colour and texture may vary from batch to batch.

About the producer
The Tasmanian Honey Company was founded in 1978 by Julian Wolfhagen. The producer works with Tasmanian honey and its own beehives, so the bees can be placed in areas without unwanted agricultural and industrial activity.
The honey is extracted and packed at temperatures below 45 °C to preserve flavour and quality. The company is B-Qual and HACCP certified.
Use
Suitable for bread, yoghurt, cheese, tea, desserts, baked goods, fruit and nuts. Can also be used as a natural sweetener in dressings, marinades, glazes and hot drinks.

Delivery of chilled goods:

We guarantee that the package remains cold for up to 12 hours after arrival at the selected parcel shop. Please make sure to collect your package promptly. If the package is collected later than 12 hours after arrival, the right to make a complaint is void.
Shipping of frozen goods to private customers:
All frozen goods shipped to private customers are sent to thaw in the insulated box. Please order your items according to when you need them. You can always choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
If you do NOT wish to receive your frozen goods thawed, you can purchase frozen shipping here. Please note that we only guarantee that your goods remain frozen for up to 12 hours after delivery to the parcel shop. Therefore, make sure to collect your package promptly.
